Shipment of Products
After you finalize payment for any product you purchase (through a winning auction, our product store, or Buy-It-Now), you will receive a confirmation email from Deal Blitz indicating that your order has been received. A valid physical address (P.O. boxes or similar addresses are not permitted) will be required in order to receive any products won or purchased with the site. Delivery times vary for each item sold by Deal Blitz and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Most of our products are shipped within 7 days of paying for the product and arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. Deal Blitz is not responsible for any lost or stolen products once such products have been delivered to the address you provided (as evidenced by the records of the carrier or delivery service).
Products damaged in transit must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, but in any event no later than 2 days following the date of delivery of such product.

Deal Blitz allows for a return of products that are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the product received is the incorrect product. In these cases, you may exchange the defective, damaged, or incorrect product for the same (or correct) product, subject to the conditions set forth below. Returns for refund are not permitted. No other returns or exchanges are permitted, unless required by law.
Exchanged products must be in original condition (as received) and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g., battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). Deal Blitz will not accept the return of any product that has been registered with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Exchanged products must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with the UPC, barcode and serial number intact. The removal or alteration of a product's UPC, barcode or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of exchange (including return for any replacement). Incomplete exchanges or exchanges that do not comply with all the conditions set forth above will not be accepted. Deal Blitz has no responsibility for exchanged products that are lost or damaged during transit, and such losses and damages are solely your responsibility. All exchanged products should be sent to the return address provided by Deal Blitz and must be fully insured and include delivery or signature confirmation. Please save all tracking and delivery confirmation information for any exchanged products.
In the rare circumstance that Deal Blitz is unable to fulfill an order or an exchange, Deal Blitz reserves the right to substitute the ordered or exchanged product with a replacement product of equal or greater value that is comparable to the ordered or exchanged item, in each case as determined by Deal Blitz in its sole discretion.
