Where can I view / change my personal information?

Where can I see how many bids / points I have left?
After you login, you will see two icons at the top left of the screen. The top icon is a orange circle with a 'B' which is the number of bids you have remaining in your account. The second icon is blue circle with a star which is the number of points you have remaining in your account.

What are points, and what can they be used for?
Points can be won within the auction and will be noted as the blue circle with the white star icon inside. These points can be used to purchase additional bids to continuing bidding on any auctions, they can be used to purchase WON auctions as well as purchase items within the Store.

What does it mean to Buy It Now?
After bidding on an auction, you are eligible to purchase the item using "Buy It Now." You can purchase the item at the Retail Price listed within the auction page. In addition, the bids placed within this specific auction will be returned to your account minus your winnings (points and bid value) within the auction. The total number of bids returned to your account for the Buy It Now can be used towards another auction.

Can I use my credit card for purchases?
Absolutely.
You may pay for products and bid packs using your credit card and/or any available points balance. Use the "Buy Bids" and "Store" tabs at the top of the page to do so.
